Summer STEAM Camp
Monday June 23rd through Friday June 27th
9am-12pm
$150 per student
Join us for a week of fun learning as we explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math and how these subjects can be integrated together.
Students will experience the beauty of a Charlotte Mason nature study, conduct fun science experiments, build simple machines, learn to draw and write about their findings, read beautiful books about the material they are learning, and much more.

The instruction for the week will be based around water. Students will explore pond samples under a microscope, construct water wheels, practice watercolor painting techniques, learn about the water cycle and water conservation, explore connections to the faith through bible stories, baptism, holy water and more.

Children that are at least three years old through rising sixth graders. You do not have to be a current Schola student to join the camp. All are welcome.

Students should bring a snack and a water bottle. We will dismiss before lunch. Everything else they will need (materials, etc.) will be provided for them.

Students may arrive between 8:45 and 9am. Pickup is no later than 12:15. The morning will be packed with activities and learning opportunities!

Our summer program is written by Chemist and science teacher Corinne Lindemann. You can learn more about her incredible work as a tutor and instructor here.
With Corinne’s help, Schola staff will conduct the camp. Teachers are certified in CPR and First Aid, as well as trained in all the Schola’s emergency preparedness procedures.
